- Upon input of the prospect's ZIP Code (and/or product or market), LEADTRACK™ will automatically assign one or several distributors, dealers or reps to the lead.
- Automatic, real time duplicate checking allows appending of new information to previously entered records rather than creating a duplicate.
- Numerous ready-to-run, menu-driven reports are available to measure lead source (media/campaign analysis) and lead tracking destination (territory analysis) activity.
- The Import Wizard allows mapping a grid or template such as a text file of trade show leads, to automatically import or upload to the main customer master file.
- With our On Premise Solution, browser based remote lead update is a standard feature. An unlimited number of remote users can use the lead update feature and there are no recurring user or subscription fees.

LEADTRACK™ utilizes Microsoft Windows dynamic links (DLLs) to allow a seamless interface to; Microsoft Word V6.0 and higher for merge printing of letters; WinFax Pro V8.0 and higher for faxing of leads to the territories; MAPI-compliant e-mail programs for e-mailing of leads. In addition, the Import/Export wizard supports numerous file type data transfers. The software easily integrates with Microsoft Office applications, supporting full sales functionality on-line and off-line from Microsoft Outlook; e-mail templates and Mail Merge with Microsoft Word; and data export to Microsoft Excel. LT easily integrates with contact manager programs like ACT! and Goldmine with a simple import/export feature.

Thereafter we offer quarterly or annual support including unlimited "hotline" telephone and email support, customization and upgrade discounts, and free area code updates.
LEADTRACK™ On Demand, our hosted or SaaS product, includes unlimited technical support with your monthly subscription.
Regardless of the platform solution you choose, you will have live US based technical support when you need it.
Unlike most software providers we have lead management solutions for both client server and hosted platforms. We do not have a bias to either platform. LEADTRACK™ On Demand is hosted on our servers in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment utilizing cloud computing technology, and is offered as a subscription service for a reasonable monthly fee.

is a potential match for your needs and which delivery platform is best for you. If LEADTRACK™ On Premise
or LEADTRACK™ On Demand
do not meet your needs we'll let you know and even recommend potential alternatives including our competitors, if we feel they can better meet your needs.
In the very likely event that one of our solutions is a good match for your needs we'll schedule a web conference where we will conduct an in depth interview with you to get a full understanding of your needs and lead process and demonstrate how our solutions will address those needs.
The next step, if we both agree to proceed will be a conference call to determine server requirements (On Premise), number of users, system configuration and whether any customization is required. Within 2 business days of this call we'll provide you with a detailed, guaranteed quotation. Upon acceptance of the quotation and payment terms we'll select mutually agreeable dates for configuration, installation and training. If on site training is requested, LEADTRACK™ will make travel reservations.
